Los objetivos de la reuni\u00f3n eran transmitir los resultados del a\u00f1o, presentar los nuevos productos y dar a conocer las estrategias comerciales del nuevo ejercicio. Durante 2 semanas el hotel Barcel\u00f3 Beach Resort acogi\u00f3 un espectacular despliegue de medios t\u00e9cnicos y humanos que hicieron de este evento de incentivos el m\u00e1s grande realizado en el hotel hasta la fecha.<\/p>\n Como especialista en instalaciones audiovisuales para grandes eventos corporativos, Sono fue responsable de todos los servicios audiovisuales y de iluminaci\u00f3n de la convenci\u00f3n, solicitado por el Grupo Marva: alquiler de equipos, montaje, programaci\u00f3n, asistencia y regidur\u00eda. El evento se divid\u00eda en diferentes actividades y espacios.<\/p>\n Sala Plenaria<\/strong><\/p>\n El montaje m\u00e1s impactante se realiz\u00f3 en la sala plenaria, un auditorio preparado para albergar a los 1.100 asistentes.<\/p>\n Dise\u00f1amos un sistema de multiproyecci\u00f3n formado por 9 proyectores DLP de 20.000 l\u00famenes Barco HDX W20 Flex sobre una pantalla de 42 metros lineales por 4 de alto. 168 m2 de pantalla que mostraron en diferentes configuraciones las presentaciones de empresa, v\u00eddeos y fondos. Para el blending (combinaci\u00f3n de im\u00e1genes) de la multiproyecci\u00f3n se emplearon 15 licencias de Watchout y 2 sistemas Spyder X20 de Christie para la gesti\u00f3n de las se\u00f1ales.<\/p>\n En los laterales del escenario se colocaron 12 pantallas de leds Absen A3 de 3,9 mm de p\u00edxel pitch de 6×1 metros para la exposici\u00f3n de diferentes fondos y texturas.<\/p>\n Para garantizar la cobertura del audio en toda la sala, se implement\u00f3 un sistema de sonido Meyer M\u2019elodie con microfon\u00eda inal\u00e1mbrica. Destacamos tambi\u00e9n la iluminaci\u00f3n espectacular formada, entre otros equipos, por 88 cabezas m\u00f3viles que ba\u00f1aban la sala de luz, color y texturas.<\/p>\n Lanzamientos de producto<\/strong><\/p>\n El otro gran auditorio se destin\u00f3 a la presentaci\u00f3n de los nuevos productos farmac\u00e9uticos y se equip\u00f3 con 3 proyectores DLP de 14.000 l\u00famenes Christie Roadster HD14K con procesadores Barco PSD 902, sistema Meyer M\u2019elodie y microfon\u00eda inal\u00e1mbrica.<\/p>\n Sesiones Breakout<\/strong><\/p>\n Las actividades programadas para peque\u00f1os grupos ocuparon m\u00e1s de 80 salas simult\u00e1neas para las sesiones breakouts. En conjunto se emplearon m\u00e1s de 100 pantallas de diferentes tama\u00f1os (50\u2019\u2019, 60\u2019\u2019…) y m\u00e1s de 100 ordenadores, adem\u00e1s de sistemas de sonido y microfon\u00eda.<\/p>\n Cena<\/strong><\/p>\n La zona de cena inclu\u00eda 2 proyectores DLP de 20.000 l\u00famenes Barco HDX W20 Flex y sistema de sonido L\u2019acoustics Kiva compuesto por 24 cajas ac\u00fasticas, set de DJ y micr\u00f3fonos inal\u00e1mbricos.
