Event\u2019s organization boosted total accessibility by means of simultaneous interpretation and streaming.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Fira Sabadell hosted the Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of Banc Sabadell, which entrusted Sono asAV vendor of the event.<\/p>\n

To guarantee accessibility of every shareholder, media ant other interest people, we implemented different technologies:<\/strong><\/p>\n

    \n
  • AV equipment rental for the event<\/li>\n
  • Content creation: flash, keynote and other graphic productions<\/li>\n
  • Recording and live directing of the event Live relay via streaming<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    To guarantee accessibility of every shareholder, media ant other interest people, we implemented different technologies:<\/strong><\/p>\n

    Simultaneous interpretation: the space was equipped with 2 booths and 150 di- gital receivers. Attendees could follow the meeting in English or Spanish (original language was Catalan). There was also translation in sign language , that was displayed onto many screens of the space by an ENG.<\/p>\n

    Live streaming: absent shareholders and press could follow lively the whole content of the event.<\/p>\n

    Other employed technology:<\/strong><\/p>\n

    • Large format LEDs screen (10,5 x 4 m.) Absen A3 with 3,9 mm pixel pitch<\/li>\n
    • 8 monitors of 80\u2019\u2019 as image reinforcement for the audience<\/li>\n
    • 19 displays of 15\u2019\u2019 for the presidential table<\/li>\n
    • Sound system with Meyer M\u2019elodie line array<\/li>\n
    • Telepromter<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Sono was also requested to fit out the annexed rooms prepared to accommodate the media, VIP attendees and the Values zone.<\/p>\n
